With over 15 years of experience helping US and European companies doing business in Mexico and LatAm, Mr. Esenaro has expertise in high-profile corporate law with practice strong focus on foreign investment, energy (natural gas and green energy), foreign trade, automotive, pharma, telecom, real estate, among others. Also, he has assisted corporate litigation in civil, administrative and commercial law.
His education background started with graduation from School of Law from Universidad Panamericana (UP), where he obtain additional certificates for US Public and Private Law courses. Thereafter, obtained two Post-Graduate Specializations from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), one in Energy Regulation and one in Telecom, as well as Finance courses from that same Institute. Finally, he coursed a LLM Program in Telecom and IT Regulation at the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK.
For 4 years in a row, Mr. Esenaro was appointed Technical Secretary to the Mexican Local Telecom Committee, a non-governmental body that gathers all Mexican, fixed and mobile operators, to discuss industry matters.
During all years of practice, he has received informal training from CEOs, CFOs, and top lawyers from international law firms.
Mr. Esenaro is fluent in English and Spanish and speaks basic Nederlands.
